Great after sales support
I've had my pouch for close to 3.5 years and it's travelled with me all over. However, during a recent security check, the seam was ripped. Reached out to Gravel and they were happy to provide a replacement. Will be buying a couple of spares to keep! Thanks Gravel!

Great service.
I ordered this along with the toiletry bag a while ago. The pouches zipper broke so I reached out to Gravel and explained the situation. Their customer service was quick to respond and sent me a replacement immediately. Great produce and an even better company honoring their warranty.
